While it is not currently possible to have a unified, fully compliant label that meets both Canadian and US standards, we can help you standardize label guarantees and marketing claims across regions, ensuring that the approach used in the US (for example) will also be sufficient in Canada.  

In the regulatory world, all marketing claims are considered an extension of the label.  Making non-compliant claims on a website, brochure, poster, or other, can result in costly fines, stop sales, and/or recalls.  We review all product documentation to ensure claims are compliant given the product type.
