Canadian regulations were recently modernized, and companies have until October 26, 2023 to come into compliance. Consilium will:
– Review product formulas to determine whether any registration exemptions apply. If exemptions apply, we will complete the mandatory recordkeeping and CFIA notification.
– Complete Tabs 1 to 5 of the registration submission.
– Facilitate the entire registration process, liaising with CFIA on the company’s behalf.
– Act as the Resident Canadian Agent to allow international companies to apply for registration.
United States
